Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT equipment
Help in setting up user accounts, email, and access permissions
Troubleshoot common issues with Windows, macOS, and basic networking
Document and track support requests using ticketing systems
Support IT team with system updates, backups, and inventory management
Participate in special IT projects (migrations, upgrades, or deployments)
Maintain confidentiality of information and follow IT security policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS) and MS Office
Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi/IP) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
Attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures
