Support day-to-day IT operations including user account management in

Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, IP configuration, and peripheral issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and assist in hardware/software updates.
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as per standard procedure.
