\xc3\x98 Hardware and software installation, configuration & troubleshooting. \xc3\x98 Monitoring and maintaining information technology systems and services. \xc3\x98 Responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments. \xc3\x98 Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users, ensure proper recording and closure of all issues and prepare accurate and timely reports \xc3\x98 Create, Maintain and Update all the IT help desk-related documents. \xc3\x98 Responsible for allocation of Assets & Software to the users, maintaining Inventory files & records, keep track of all the assets for their movement & allocations. \xc3\x98 Develop, execute and follow IT operational policies, standards and work instructions for user support. \xc3\x98 Resolve helpdesk service calls using documented procedures. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Benefits:
