Position: Technical Support Executive

Department: HRMS Support & Implementation

Location: Delhi/Noida/Faridabad- Open to travel to client locations

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing on-site and remote support to clients for HRMS software, payroll configuration, attendance devices, and overall system implementation. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, client coordination, and documentation abilities to ensure smooth HRMS operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in HRMS implementation and configuration (Payroll, Attendance, Shifts, Leave & Policies). Provide client support for technical queries, including attendance machine/device setup and troubleshooting. Handle employee data uploads, salary structures, and payroll verification in the system. Conduct system demonstrations, trainings, and handholding sessions for client HR/Admin teams. Manage attendance discrepancies, regularization, and automation rule setup. Prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MOM), policy drafts, and HR-related documentation. Coordinate with clients to collect required data such as employee master, salary slip format, grade-wise details, etc. Provide remote and on-site technical support for integration of devices and applications. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client issues, escalating where necessary. Maintain proper reporting and updates on daily tasks, pending issues, and client requirements.
Requirements

Must have own laptop and be open to travel to client locations when required. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and HR/payroll processes. Good understanding of HRMS / Attendance systems / Payroll software (preferred). Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple client tasks.
Qualifications

Graduate in IT / HR / Management / Computer Applications (preferred). 0-2 years of experience in Technical/Implementation/Support role (freshers with strong skills can also apply).

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
