Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for users with hardware, software, and application issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, including Windows/Mac OS, printers, networks, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
Set up new user accounts and manage access permissions in line with company policies.
Troubleshoot network issues and support VPN, LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or vendors.
Document issues and solutions in the support ticketing system.
Assist in training users on new systems and software.
Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
