Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other office devices.
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
Support in user account creation, password resets, and email setup.
Help in maintaining IT inventory and asset tracking.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors.
Ensure timely response to tickets, calls, and emails raised by employees.
Follow IT policies, security guidelines, and documentation practices.
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux / Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, Wi-Fi).
Understanding of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Eligibility
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Freshers and candidates with up to
1 year of experience

Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft, etc.) will be an added advantage.
