Job Description

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:



Hardware Troubleshooting - Ability to diagnose and resolve system hardware issues, including desktops, workstations, and peripheral devices. Operating System & Multimedia Software - Proficiency in installing and configuring Windows operating systems, along with hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting multimedia software (e.g., Adobe, Autodesk, Foundry, etc.). Server & Domain Management - Knowledge of server setup, domain controller configuration, domain user creation, and implementation of group policies for secure and efficient operations. Networking Skills - Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking, including configuration and maintenance of network switches, routers, and resolving LAN/WAN connectivity issues.

Desired Skills:



Strong problem-solving ability with quick turnaround in multimedia production environments. Familiarity with license management of multimedia tools. Good communication skills to support end-users (Students/trainers/staff). Ability to work independently and as part of a technical support team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
