IT Support Executive - Trainee
Experience : 0 to 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in providing basic technical support to office users.
Help with installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, basic Linux, and common application issues
Assist in resolving network, LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity problems.
Help with software installation, updates, and antivirus checks.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Support onboarding of new employees with system setup.
Support basic tasks related to cloud-based tools and services under guidance.
Eligibility / Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
Familiarity with Windows OS & Linux OS
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP address, LAN, router, switch).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in IT infrastructure.
* Candidate must be comforatable with shift 8 am to 5.30 pm
