Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Executive with approximately 1 year of experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day technical support tasks, ensuring smooth IT operations, and providing excellent user support to internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and effective first-level technical support to end-users, both remotely and onsite. Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Monitor IT infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance. Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members or external vendors when necessary. Maintain and update IT documentation, including support logs and system configurations. Support software installations, patches, and updates as part of routine maintenance. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within various systems. Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve system efficiency and security. Follow company IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role. Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and office productivity software. Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and antivirus solutions. Basic scripting or automation skills will be a plus.
