Requirement



? 1-2+ years of experience in customer-facing IT Support

? Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

? Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

? Customer-oriented attitude and Excellent communication skills

? Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related engineering degree

? Fluent English

? Ticket Logging Tool knowledge

? Basic laptop configurations and repair

? Vendor Coordination for logging tickets with OEM and follow up the ticket for closure

? Alert monitoring, Follow-up and closure of the call and enable in the investigation analysis

? ITIL knowledge

? Good Knowledge in O365 and M365 apps

? Understanding of Drivers/Patches/Tools download from OEM web site

? Basic Networking and Anti-Virus Support at client side

? Desktop hardware troubleshooting & part replacement

? Printer/Scanner, HUB/Switch Installation
