Key Responsibilities:



Provide

technical support

for trading terminals and mobile trading applications.

Troubleshoot

network, connectivity, and application-related issues for clients.

Coordinate and escalate

issues with vendors for timely and effective resolution. Handle

client interactions professionally

, especially during critical technical incidents. Maintain

smooth coordination

with internal departments for follow-ups and support. Conduct

basic checks

on internet, hardware, and servers to diagnose system issues.

Lead, guide, and support

the customer support team for enhanced performance and efficiency.

Requirements:



Graduate

in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

3-6 years of experience

in customer or technical support (preferably in the

trading domain

). Strong understanding of

networking concepts

and

trading system technologies

. Excellent

communication

,

troubleshooting

, and

escalation management

skills. Proven experience in

team handling

and

client relationship management

.
