ERP administration, business reporting, data management, and operational system support

The role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations through accurate data, system configuration, and reporting.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in
ERP systems, Power BI reporting, advanced Excel, and operations support
, rather than hardware or network-focused IT roles.
Key Responsibilities
Design, prepare, and distribute
management reports and dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Excel
Perform
ERP system support and administration
, including:
Bulk data amendments
Item and SKU creation
Pricing updates
Order release and validation
Resolving system and transaction errors
(Navision / Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is a strong advantage)
Maintain and update
business web portals
, including item data, pricing, catalogues, and user access management
Handle and resolve
operational system tickets
and application-related issues
Coordinate with
UK-based stakeholders
via calls and meetings for requirements, reporting, and issue resolution
Ensure
data accuracy, system compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
Provide
basic end-user system support
, including troubleshooting application and access-related issues using fundamental networking knowledge
Support continuous improvement of
business processes, reporting workflows, and system efficiency
Skills & Experience Required
Strong experience in
Power BI reporting, dashboards, and data visualization
Advanced
Microsoft Excel skills
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems
(Navision / Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred)
Understanding of
business operations, system workflows, and data management
Basic
networking and system troubleshooting knowledge
for end-user support
Excellent
spoken and written English communication skills
Comfortable working with
UK stakeholders and international teams
Strong
attention to detail, documentation skills, and structured working style
Ability to manage
multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
independently.
