Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in implementing cybersecurity policies and activities Provide technical support to internal teams as needed Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems Manage and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS environments Resolve system, network, and application-related issues Handle email management systems and DNS settings (MX, SPF, DKIM) Maintain up-to-date IT documentation, logs, and asset records Collaborate with vendors and auditors as required

Required Skills:



Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles Proficient in computer hardware and software Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnostics Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with email management platforms

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 1+ years of IT experience preferred Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
