IT Support Executive
to provide comprehensive technical support for our hardware, software, and network systems on a daily basis.

We are looking for a proactive and reliable IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, supporting staff with hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth functioning of networks, communication tools, and CRM platforms. Experience with CRM systems and strong troubleshooting skills are essential.
Job Responsibilities
CRM Implementation Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the internal team and the software vendor during CRM implementation.
Coordinate configuration, data migration, testing, and rollout activities.
Track project progress and ensure timely resolution of CRM-related technical issues.
CRM Issue Handling & Support
Address all issues raised by internal teams regarding CRM usage and escalate unresolved problems to the software vendor.
Resolve minor issues through training or system guidance, maintaining a detailed log of CRM issues, updates, and resolutions.
User Training & Assistance
Provide hands-on training to new employees on CRM usage and company processes.
Prepare user manuals, guides, and reference materials to aid staff in understanding new features and workflows.
Hardware & IT Support
Provide hardware and software support to staff, including laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email systems, internet connectivity, video conferencing tools, and CRM platforms.
Provide technical support for virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot office LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Handle IT onboarding for new employees, including email setup, biometric access, system configuration, and device allocation.
Set up and provide technical support during webinars, education fairs, and online/offline events.
Asset Management & Documentation
Maintain and update records for IT assets, system issues, service requests, and resolutions.
Manage and track IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, printers, mobiles, and accessories.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT purchases, repairs, AMC, and technical support.
Ensure data security, system updates, and basic compliance with IT policies.
Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor CRM performance and user activity to ensure proper data management.
Gather user feedback and suggest process improvements to management and the vendor.
Generate regular CRM performance and issue reports.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
1-3 years of experience in IT support or technical support role
