Job Title: IT Support Executive
Department: Information Technology
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Mac) and standard applications.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
Monitor and maintain,Wi-Fi, and network security.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and procurement.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Ensure timely backup and data protection processes.
Support CCTV, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
Assist in software updates, antivirus checks, and system upgrades.etc
Ensure adherence to IT policies and security protocols.
