IT Support Executive
to provide comprehensive technical support for our hardware, software, and network systems on a daily basis.

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled CRM Coordinator to act as the key point of contact between our company and the software vendor during the implementation and ongoing use of our new CRM system.
The ideal candidate will handle CRM coordination, user support, staff training, basic hardware troubleshooting, and maintain company asset records.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Implementation Coordination
Act as the primary POC between our internal team and the software vendor during CRM implementation.
Coordinate configuration, data migration, testing, and rollout activities.
Track project progress and ensure timely resolution of CRM-related technical issues.
CRM Issue Handling & Support
Address all issues raised by internal teams regarding CRM usage.
Resolve minor issues through training or system guidance, and escalate unresolved issues to the software vendor.
Maintain a detailed log of CRM issues, updates, and resolutions.
User Training & Assistance
Provide hands-on training to newly joined employees on CRM usage and company processes.
Prepare simple user manuals, guides, and reference materials.
Support staff in understanding new features, workflows, and updates in the CRM system.
Basic Hardware & IT Support
Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware issues such as printer setup, system connectivity, and peripheral configuration.
Coordinate with the IT/service team for major hardware or network problems.
Asset Management & Documentation
Maintain records of all company assets, including systems, peripherals, and office equipment.
Track service schedules, warranties, and maintenance details in a service register.
Coordinate with service providers or vendors for asset repair, replacement, or maintenance.
Keep asset and service logs up to date and available for management review.
Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor CRM performance and user activity to ensure proper data management.
Gather user feedback and suggest process improvements to management and the vendor.
Generate regular CRM performance and issue reports.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
1-3 years of experience in IT support or technical support role
