This role encompasses the servicing and support of hardware, network systems, server infrastructure, and security systems. The position also plays a critical role in setting up new branch infrastructure, supporting procurement processes, and ensuring secure connectivity via VPN. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical skills, the ability to multitask across different IT domains, and proactive coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
