Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Minimum
2- years' experience
in IT support/helpdesk role (preferably in healthcare/hospital industry)
Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support for users across hospital branches
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and applications
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
Support hospital information systems (HIS), HRMS, and other software applications
Manage printers, biometric devices, servers, and backups
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service support
Ensure data security, system updates, and smooth IT operations
Skills Required:
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge of hospital IT systems will be an added advantage
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
