to provide comprehensive technical support for our hardware, software, and network systems on a daily basis.

We are looking for a skilled and dependable

IT Support Executive

to handle day-to-day technical support across hardware, software, and network systems. The role includes assisting staff with devices and communication tools, resolving connectivity and email issues, managing virtual meeting platforms, and maintaining network infrastructure. The candidate will also manage IT assets, support onboarding processes, and coordinate with vendors for services and purchases. A strong focus on problem-solving and user support is essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide hardware and software support to staff for laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email, internet, video conferencing tools, and CRM systems. Support virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex Monitor and maintain office LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, and firewalls. Conduct IT onboarding for new employees (biometric setup, email configuration, device allocation). Set up and provide technical support during webinars, education fairs, and online events. Maintain records of IT assets, system issues, service requests, and resolutions. Manage IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. Coordinate with third-party vendors for procurement, services, AMC, and technical support.

Requirements:



1-3 years of IT support experience Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills IT asset management experience Networking: LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls Hardware: laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers Software: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM systems

Education & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. 1-3 years of experience in IT support or technical support role
