Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Google Cloud Console and services.
Handle publishing and maintenance of apps on
Google Play Store
and
Apple App Store
.
Raise, track, and close technical support
tickets
promptly and effectively.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot
software and system tools
across the organization.
Provide day-to-day IT support to internal users and ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain proper documentation of all technical issues and solutions provided.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in
Google Cloud Console management
.
Experience managing app deployments and updates on
Google Play Store
and
Apple App Store
.
Proficiency in
ticketing systems
and support workflows.
Good knowledge of software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.
Preferred Candidate:
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
in IT support or system administration.
