Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and applications.

Support and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).

Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365.

Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure system security (backups, antivirus, access controls).

Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

Any Graduate with 2 years of IT support experience.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.

Good problem-solving skills with strong verbal and written communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
