Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled IT Support Executive to manage hardware installation and basic infrastructure tasks such as projector setup, biometric system configuration, and other IT-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain projectors, biometric attendance systems, and CCTV cameras. Provide technical support for audio-visual equipment used in meetings and training sessions. Troubleshoot hardware issues related to biometric machines, projectors, and network cables. Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing or repair as needed. Assist with the setup of computer systems, printers, and routers. Ensure timely and accurate updates of software or firmware related to biometric devices. Maintain IT inventory and update records for all hardware installed. Support end-users with system or connectivity issues and escalate if required. Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on all IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT hardware installation and maintenance. Basic knowledge of LAN, routers, switches, and networking. Familiarity with biometric systems and A/V setup is a must. Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
