Job Summary:

iValuePlus is looking for an experienced

IT Support Executive

to oversee the maintenance, configuration, and security of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands- on experience with

UNIX/Linux/Window/Mac/Windows Server

,

firewall setup and configuration

, and troubleshooting various IT systems and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain

UNIX/Linux/Window/Mac-OS/Windows Server

systems. Set up and manage

firewalls

, ensuring network security and efficiency. Hands-on experience with

M365/G-suite administration

. Provide

technical support

and troubleshoot IT issues related to

hardware, software,and networks

. Manage

data backup, retrieval, and disaster recovery

processes. Assess and upgrade existing

network servers, IT systems, operating systems, andprograms

. Ensure the smooth operation of

office IT infrastructure

by providing administrativesupport. Serve as a

point of contact

for IT-related queries from employees and externalstakeholders. Maintain

MS Office applications

, with a strong focus on

Excel and PowerPoint

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-5 years

of experience in IT support or system administration. Strong expertise in

UNIX/Linux/Window/Mac/Windows Server

. Experience in

firewall setup and configuration, M365/O365 administration

. Proficiency in

MS Office Suite (specially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of

network security, system upgrades, and backup management

. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees and stakeholders.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per month
