We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive & Admin who will not only manage IT infrastructure and support employees but also act as a bridge between our developer team and clients. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable solving technical issues and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1.) Technical:
Provide technical assistance to employees across Windows, Linux, and Mac environments.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Maintain IT inventory and order new equipment as required.
Manage and secure network infrastructure, firewalls, and servers (Windows & Linux).
Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and Windows Server environments.
Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments.
Provide user training and guidance on the use of technology.
Stay updated with new technologies and IT best practices.
2.) Non- Technical:
Coordinate with the development team and clients for new queries and software changes.
Explain technical requirements and updates clearly to clients and developers.
Act as a communication bridge between client teams and the developer team.
Coordinate with clients and developers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS administration.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Understanding of networking basics (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server management.
Linux Server administration skills.
Familiarity with firewall configuration and network security.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills for client and developer coordination.

Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
