Provide support for hardware, software, network, and system issues
Maintain and monitor servers, backups, and security updates
Install and manage desktops, laptops, printers, and CCTV systems
Configure and troubleshoot email accounts and software
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory
Coordinate IT support for multiple locations across India
Liaise with vendors for hardware, software, and service contracts
Support internal users on ERP/CRM and other business applications
Monitor internet connectivity and handle ISP coordination
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field
1-3 years of relevant IT support experience
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/Linux systems
Working knowledge of networking, mail software, and CCTV systems
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide remote support

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
