Responsibilities of IT Assistant Manager :-



1. Client support & Technical management.



Level 1 technical support via call, email & chat. Level 2 or 2+ queries forward to the developer team. Server setup & troubleshoot System setup & troubleshoot. Task Follow-up & reporting of the developer team. Follow-up & Requirement gathering from the client.

2. Admin Tasks



Attendance & working hours management. End-to-End recruitment process. (Job posting, Candidate follow-up, Interview scheduling, Joining & relieving formalities)

Good analytical and communication skills, Well behaved & disciplined, Patient and persistent, Ready to take up new challenges, Responsible, Quick learner

Required Experience and Qualifications



BE CE / IT / Tech, MSc IT / ICT, MCA, BCA
