Requirement for

IT Executive for a reputed Hospital in Ghaziabad

to manage and support its hospital information systems, networks, hardware, and software infrastructure.

Experience Required:

2-3 years

Qualification:

BCA / MCA

Department:

IT / Hospital Information Systems

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and troubleshoot hospital software and ensure system uptime.

Provide technical support to all hospital departments for hardware and software issues.

Monitor and maintain hospital network, servers, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity.

Perform routine system backups, data security checks, and user access control.

Ensure proper functioning of biometric, CCTV, printers, and other hospital IT assets.

Coordinate with vendors for software, hardware, and AMC-related matters.

Manage hospital emails, licenses, antivirus, and firewall systems.

Assist in implementation and upgrades of hospital IT systems and infrastructure.

Maintain documentation of IT assets, incident logs, and technical issues.

Provide end-user training and support on new systems and updates.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Operating Systems, Networks and hospital software systems

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of data security protocols and IT compliance

Effective communication and ability to support non-technical staff

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a healthcare environment

Work Schedule:

Full-time | Shift-based support (if required)
