Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Provide first-line IT support for all hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals), software (operating systems, applications), and network-related issues. Manage and troubleshoot surveillance systems and biometric hardware to ensure their smooth operation. Offer remote IT assistance to assigned branches from the head office. Conduct on-site visits to branches as needed to resolve complex issues or perform maintenance. Manage and maintain accurate asset lists, including hardware and software, for all branches within the assigned region. Assist with warranty claims and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements. Track and document all support activities, issues, and resolutions using a helpdesk ticketing system. Ensure timely resolution of all support requests and provide regular updates to users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an IT Support role.



Edcation: Any degree or diploma completion.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and external vendors.

Preferred Experience:



Previous experience in IT support within the hospitality, hotel management, or corporate IT sectors is highly desirable.

This is a support role primarily based out of a head office.

The role requires a willingness to travel to different branch locations for on-site work.

You will be part of a team committed to providing timely and efficient IT solutions.
