Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, switch/router configurations, and internet connectivity
Manage user accounts, email setups, and Microsoft 365 administration
Handle server maintenance, backup systems, and NAS performance optimization
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues and upgrades
Ensure IT security compliance, including antivirus installation and updates
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, networking protocols, and remote support tools
Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and basic scripting (PowerShell preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation tools is a plus
