: 1. IT Infrastructure Management o Installation, configuration & maintenance of servers, switches, routers, firewalls, desktops, laptops, access control and IT equipment. o Oversee LAN/WAN connectivity, uptime, performance monitoring, and daily reporting. o Develop SOPs, best practices, and ensure adherence to compliance and uptime standards. o Ensure high availability of IT infrastructure across locations. o Manage meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet) and AV equipment. 2. User Support & Troubleshooting o Provide L1 & L2 support for hardware/software, email, VPN, printer and network issues. o Install, configure, and upgrade systems and applications. o Resolve login, system access, and performance issues. 3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection o Monitor security alerts, antivirus, and patch compliance. o Manage firewall rules, URL filtering, and access controls. o Support DLP tools such as Safetica. o Ensure secure access and policy compliance.4. IT Asset & Inventory Management o Track laptops, desktops, CCTV, access cards, and IT peripherals. o Manage leased lines, vendor coordination, and procurement support. o Conduct periodic IT audits and maintain inventory records. 5. Email, Licensing & Identity Management o Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, domain, DNS, and user lifecycle. o Create accounts, assign licenses, manage groups and shared mailboxes. o Monitor license renewals and compliance.6. Backup & Recovery o Manage backups, retention policies, and cloud backup monitoring. o Perform restoration drills. 7. IT Policy & Compliance o Enforce IT policies and security guidelines. o Conduct awareness training and maintain audit documentation. 8. Onboarding & Offboarding o Prepare laptops, Intune setup, MFA, and VPN for new joiners. o Deprovision exiting users, backup data, and complete exit formalities. o Manage asset handover and dispatch for remote users. 9. Network, Telephony & Infrastructure o Support Wi-Fi, IP phones, routers, leased lines, and access control. Manage CCTV/DVR access, playback and troubleshooting. o Maintain conference room IT setups. 10. Project Support & Reporting o Install project-specific OS and configurations. o Coordinate with vendors and support implementations. o Prepare weekly IT reports, incident logs, escalations, and asset summariesRequirements: Experience: 3-6 years in IT support or Senior IT Executive roles. o Education: Graduate in IT/Computer Science or equivalent. o Preferred Certifications: Microsoft 365, Azure Fundamentals, Modern Desktop Administrator, Network+, basic security certifications.
