The IT Support Engineer - Analyst will provide end-user and infrastructure support, ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems, networks, and devices. The role involves troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support across hardware, software, and basic networking environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and end-user devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues (Windows/Linux/macOS).
Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and IT infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, access, and permissions using Active Directory.
Support IT inventory management, procurement, upgrades, and deployments.
Skills & Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE/ET/EE) or MCA from a recognized university/institution.
Minimum 1 year experience in network and system support or desktop support.
Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Hands-on experience with OS installation, system hardening, printer setup, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus tools, ticketing systems, and remote desktop tools.
Internship or academic exposure to IT service desk or lab support preferred.
