We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Engineer to manage, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure operations. The role involves supporting both hardware and software environments, handling IT projects, and delivering efficient solutions to technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuration, repair, maintenance, deployment, installation, and management of IT infrastructure including eOffice, Cloud platforms, servers, Linux/Windows systems, desktop computers, and peripherals.
Administration and monitoring of network systems, ensuring uptime and performance.
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Managing website hosting, updates, and related technical matters.
Ensuring security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place and maintained.
Coordinating with vendors and stakeholders for IT-related requirements.
Preparing technical documentation and providing user training when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience post-qualification.
Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows administration.
Experience with cloud platforms, networking, and IT infrastructure management.
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
