Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

IT Support Engineer

with a

CCL Certificate

. You will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and providing timely technical support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for

hardware, software, network, and system-related issues

. Install, configure, and maintain

computers, servers, and network devices

. Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults efficiently. Monitor and manage

LAN/WAN connectivity, printers, and peripherals

. Ensure

data security

through backups, antivirus updates, and system monitoring. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and upgrades. Offer remote and onsite support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

CCL Certification

(mandatory) Strong knowledge of

Windows/Linux operating systems

, networking, and hardware troubleshooting Familiarity with

Active Directory, firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs

Understanding of IT service management tools and system administration Excellent

communication, analytical, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related field

Prior experience in IT support or system administration is a plus
