Job Description

Technical Support

: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. This includes diagnosing and resolving problems via phone, email, or in-person.

System Maintenance

: Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This includes regular system audits and updates.

Installation and Configuration

: Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

User Training

: Educate users on how to use software and hardware effectively, ensuring they can operate technology with minimal issues.

Documentation

: Maintain records of software licenses, equipment inventory, and technical issues resolved, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference.

Collaboration

: Work with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 5 Sources

Required Skills and Qualifications



Technical Knowledge

: Proficiency in various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and familiarity with network protocols and hardware components.

Problem-Solving Skills

: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
