As an Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, configuring our cloud-based application, delivering product training, and providing support throughout and after implementation. Most sessions are conducted online (Zoom), but occasional travel to client sites may be required.
Implementation & Onboarding
Conduct online implementation sessions for system setup and configuration.
Understand customer workflows in Freight Forwarding / Logistics and map them to our application.
Perform data migration, user setup, configuration, and environment validation.
Provide product training to end users and support the go-live process.
Customer Support
Respond promptly to customer queries via email, calls, and Help Desk ticketing system.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and document resolutions.
Validate issues before escalating to development teams and help prioritize bug fixes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Product Expertise & Collaboration
Suggest product enhancements based on customer feedback.
Work with development teams to integrate tools or improvements into the application.
Assist junior team members with product knowledge and troubleshooting methods.
Travel
Willingness to travel within India or internationally if required.
Qualifications
Any UG/PG degree with strong computer skills.
Experience in implementing or supporting enterprise web applications (preferred).
Knowledge of Freight Forwarding / Logistics processes is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Basic understanding of SQL, web applications, networking, and server concepts.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
