Manage CRM installation, configuration, and server coordination.
Assist in annual IT budgeting for systems and equipment.
Maintain firewalls, antivirus, and system security across branches.
Provide hardware and software support for CMO and branches.
Ensure regular server backups and data security.
Monitor IT equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance.
Create and manage email IDs in coordination with HR.
Handle laptop issuance and maintain user agreements.
Manage domain (GPO) and server-related activities.
Purchase IT equipment and negotiate with vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and CRM systems.
Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
