Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Diagnose and resolve system, application, and connectivity problems within defined SLAs.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.
Support remote users via VPN, remote desktop, or helpdesk tools.
System & Network Maintenance:
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Perform routine maintenance on systems, servers, and backups.
Assist in installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems, antivirus, and business applications.
Support cloud-based tools such as Microsoft 365, Cloud Workspace, or Azure AD.
Asset & Access Management:
Maintain IT inventory records for systems, peripherals, and licenses.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings (Active Directory, email, etc.).
Ensure compliance with company IT and data security policies.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
Generate regular reports on IT performance, ticket trends, and system uptime.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
Work closely with internal teams to support infrastructure and technology projects.
Suggest and implement improvements for system performance and IT processes.
Train end-users on best practices and new tools or updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
Experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), printers, and shared drives.
Familiarity with ticketing systems.
Very good understanding of cybersecurity and backup solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
