ERP & Applications
Support and troubleshoot ERP systems, ensuring integration with production, accounts, inventory, and supply chain.

User Support & Helpdesk
Manage IT helpdesk team to resolve user complaints promptly.
Set and monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for IT issue resolution.
Conduct IT training sessions for staff on applications, security awareness, and productivity tools.
Data & Security
Ensure data backup policies, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity systems are in place.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures (anti-virus, intrusion detection, VPN access, etc.).
