We are hiring an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing user access, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support Windows/macOS systems, Office applications, and internal tools
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Monitor system performance and apply updates or patches as needed
Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes
Coordinate with vendors for hardware or software support
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and basic networking
Familiarity with Active Directory, remote support tools, and ticketing systems
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
