Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.

Perform routine maintenance tasks including backups, updates, and security patches.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Ensure security and integrity of organizational data and systems.

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Collaborate with various departments to align IT infrastructure with business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT administration or related role.

Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and enterprise software applications.

Familiarity with IT security frameworks and compliance standards.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused approach.
