Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, via phone, email, or in person.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.

Monitor and maintain networks, servers, printers, and other IT infrastructure.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory/Office 365.

Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies.

Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.

Document technical issues and create knowledge base articles for future reference.

Provide IT induction and training sessions to new employees.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and implementations.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, IT Helpdesk, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals.

Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and system installations.

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
