Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Server Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance:

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.

- Ensure servers are properly patched and updated.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, disk checks, and performance monitoring.

2. Troubleshooting and Support:

- Troubleshoot server issues, including hardware and software problems.

- Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams.

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.

3. Performance Optimization:

- Monitor server performance and optimize as needed.

- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.

4. Security and Compliance:

- Ensure servers are secure and compliant with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

- Implement security patches and updates.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting steps.

- Provide regular reports on server performance and maintenance activities.
