We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise networking, firewall security (FortiGate), wireless infrastructure, access control systems, and Office 365 administration. This role is critical to ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for network, security, and cloud-related issues
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls including VPNs, NAT policies, and threat protection
Deploy and maintain wireless access points and access controllers to ensure optimal coverage and performance
Manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, and structured cabling
Monitor and enhance network security through regular audits and firmware updates
Administer Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and user provisioning
Maintain documentation for network configurations, firewall rules, and cloud service policies
Collaborate with internal teams to support IT projects, onboarding, and system upgrades
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science.
Proven work experience as a IT Support Engineer.
Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Shell.
Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
Good time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think critically.
