Job Description

:We are seeking a new IT Support Engineer for our Mumbai office.
You will be responsible to plan, implement and maintain desktops, printers, servers, voice and network infrastructure to ensure consistent performance through maximum uptime.In brief

• Should have good experience in Operating System (Win & MAC), Software & Hardware Support
• Should have good experience in Laptop & Desktop Support
• Managing the End users support tickets on helpdesk portal
• Resolving tickets within the SLA
• Configuring & troubleshooting the printer, scanner / Plotters (Windows & Mac)
• Exposure in Active Directory user creation & deletion
• Monitor & support wired & wireless network
• Remotely resolving application / Windows / network Issues
• Maintaining Assets through Asset Management Tools (Must)
• Weekly update on the site health status to the stakeholders (Must)
• Should have Basic knowledge on windows Servers & Storage
• Good to have Exposure to Google Workspace & its Apps
• Extend support to Infra team for Data Center maintenance activity
• Should be ready to work on weekends for any major issues / Data center upgrade activity

• You are an Engineer or a Bachelor Graduate in Computer Science /Electronics / Telecommunication or any other relevant field with 1-3 yrs of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of Systems, Server, Voice & Basic Networking
• Basic knowledge on Server Administration with knowledge on Active directory/DNS/DHCP/FTP etc. Also familiar with Windows Server 2012 or above and Linux.

• Willingness to work on weekends as & when required (During IT Maintenance / Outages / Implementation)
• ITIL Certification (an added advantage)
• Knowledge on CAD or designing tools (an added advantage)
• Microsoft or any relevant technical certification
• Understanding of business processes
• Ability to communicate effectively across All Levels in the Organization
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Good listening & consultative skills
