Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users experiencing issues in the app via phone, email, Whatsapp or a ticketing system.
User Training:
Provide guidance and basic training to app users to help them use the app efficiently.
Troubleshooting & Resolution:
Diagnose problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions or workarounds to minimise app downtime and business disruption.
App Testing:
Execute manual and automated test cases (functional, regression, API, security) to validate software functionality against requirements and identify defects.
Collaboration:
Work closely with IT team to report bugs, track resolutions, and provide feedback for product improvement.
System Maintenance:
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and network equipment, including applying patches and updates.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and test results in a knowledge base or ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
