Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Field Support Engineer to provide onsite L2 support twice a week at our client location in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops & peripherals OS installation, updates & patching Application/software configuration AD, Outlook & Office 365 support Basic LAN troubleshooting Support meeting rooms, docking stations & printers Handle tickets via ITSM tool (ServiceNow/Remedy) Preventive maintenance & documentation
