? Network (Routing, Switching, Wi Fi networking)
? Security (Antivirus, End point Security, Firewall Etc.,)
? Wi Fi related issues, Multi device management etc.
? G-Suite Administration
? IT Inventory Management
? ITIL based approach
? Handling of institutional Data and Document Management System
? IT asset Audit support and query resolution
? L1 level IT project Management
? Vendor Management
? IT Lab Management
? Awareness of latest technology updates
? Must have hands on experience on Disaster Recovery methodologies and practice, Different IT storages devices, Hyper V upgrades, Windows servers 2008 to 2019, OS365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory
? Make recommendations to the IT Services Coordinator for improving processes with preventive maintenance plans
? Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies with Solid Cloud experience, preferably in AWS/ Azure. Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box) will be an added advantage
