About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our internal IT infrastructure. You will provide technical assistance to employees, maintain systems and hardware, and help resolve issues related to networks, devices, and applications.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Set up and configure hardware, software, and user accounts Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OS, networks, and enterprise tools Manage IT assets and ensure system security and compliance Coordinate with external vendors and escalate issues as needed Maintain documentation for IT processes, incidents, and solutions

Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and networking basics Experience with helpdesk systems (e.g., JIRA, Zoho) o Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with cloud tools (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MTA/MCSA Experience supporting remote teams and endpoint security solutions

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
