The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-user technical support and assisting in the maintenance of IT infrastructure, including desktop systems, servers, networks, and CCTV systems. This role requires a solid understanding of hardware, software, and system troubleshooting, as well as hands-on experience with server environments and security surveillance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, remote tools, or on-site visits.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to resolution.
Install, configure, and maintain
CCTV systems
, including IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and monitoring setups.
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of
servers
(Windows/Linux), including file servers, domain controllers, and application servers.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and other systems.
Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
Maintain asset inventory of IT and surveillance equipment.
Perform routine system backups and ensure data protection practices.
Document support requests, resolutions, and standard procedures.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and support audits as needed.
Hands on knowledge of implementation of ERP Systems.
Independently develop new Vendor and negotiations for all IT projects
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in IT support, including exposure to
server
environments and
CCTV systems
.
Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Hands-on experience with server setup and maintenance.
Knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
Experience with firewall, routers, and switches.
Basic knowledge of Linux server environments.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and documentation best practices.
Working Conditions:
May require occasional after-hours work for maintenance or emergency support.
Physical ability to lift, move, and install IT and CCTV equipment.
