Proven experience in IT hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and configurations.
Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
Expertise in cable crimping, punching, and structured cabling.
Familiarity with OS installation and related troubleshooting.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair desktop computers and laptops.
Perform operating system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (Windows/Linux).
Provide strong technical support in networking (LAN, WAN, switches, routers).
Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
Conduct cable crimping, punching, and proper cable management.
Handle IT hardware upgrades and maintenance.
Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications in networking or IT hardware will be an added advantage.
